- RESEARCH_NOTES:
1. Transcript of East Farleigh marriage record on Findmypast indicates Mary Bishop was of Nundon and Roger Knell of Brenchley. There is no Nundon near the area, but there is Hunton, which shows Nundon was a transcription reading error. In any case, this led us to the christening of Mary Bishop in the Hunton parish and helped locate her siblings.
