Hebron, Ct., dau. or Robert and Ruth (Bridges) Stiles. Mr Phelps settled in Hebron, Ct., where he died. Children b. Hebron, Ct.: I. Amy, b. 11 Nov 1726. II. Zuriah, b. 3 Apr 1729, m. Dorothy. III. The Douglas Library in Hebron, Connecticut has "Town of Hebron Vital Records: Barbour Collection 1708-1854," p. 10, shows a birth for Timothy, b. 29 May 1745, but none for James.
