DEATH: I get to the courthouse again I will check with the recorder and see if the material about 'Brecht Emanuel (Foreign)' is still there. I know some of the older books were removed at one time.
I checked the three cemeteries in that area and could not find a Brecht burial. Since Lenox Twp. is next to Benton Co and close to Norway, IA. I found in St. Michael's Cemetery a lot of Brecht burials. There is dates for both Emanuel and Caroline.
